The elevator in the 19388 building is temporarily out of service. The technicians from Richmond Elevator have been dispatched and are on their way to fix the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The 19366 Elevator is working normally.

Fire Bell Testing - Feb 1 @ 6:15pm & Alarm update

We will be doing the monthly fire alarm testing on Tuesday, February 1st at 6:15 p.m. The bells and fire signals will ring briefly during this time. No access will be needed to suites. This is a monthly test of the hallway alert system as required by the BC Fire Code.

Please note that the fire alarm that rang this morning (Wednesday, January 26) was a false alarm triggered by a faulty component in the underground dry sprinkler system. This component has been replaced. Thanks to all for your patience and understanding.
