Guest Suite

This suite is located on the street-side entrance to the clubhouse and features a king-size bed and bathroom. This is the ideal place for visiting guests to stay when they are in town. The suite also features a work table with office chair,  complimentary Telus Optik TV and WiFi. The Guest Suite is available to book for a maximum of 7 nights per resident.

COST: $50.00 per night

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200.00 for each booking (unless paying via PAP)

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Cheque or Money Order. In addition, owners can  opt for Pre-Approved Payment via their strata fees. Rental can be added one time via CrossRoad's payment system. PAP option not available to Renters or Lesees.

WHAT TO BRING: Due to the low cost of rentals, residents renting the suite must supply their own bedding (blankets, sheets, pillows), soap, shampoo and bathroom towels. These items will not be supplied.

PLEASE NOTE: The Guest Suite is strictly non-smoking. No pets, other than those who provide physical assistance to hearing or sight-impaired residents as provided by law are permitted in the guest suite.

TO REQUEST DATE(S): Check the calendar for available dates. Dates marked in grey as 'busy' are not available due to a scheduled stay or cleaning buffer. You will receive a response with the confirmation of the availability of the date range for your stay.
