The Liberty has hired a new property management company. Joseph Bastien is our new property manager. You can find the new contact information for this company here.

CrossRoads mailed a welcome package out to all owners at the beginning of August.

Strata payments under the CrossRoads name started at the beginning of September.

Check your online banking website or app to confirm the withdrawal of the funds on September 1st.

All owners should fill out and submit to CrossRoads a completed Pre-Approved Payment form for strata fees, and an Owner & Resident contact form. If owners wish to receive information electronically instead of via mail, you must complete an Electronic Consent form . Renters / Lessees need to complete a Form K (Notice of Tenant's Responsibilities) form.

A copy of these four forms was a part of the welcome package mailed to owners.

If you did not receive these documents, please contact the CrossRoads office:

Once again, GFL has left us with an overflowing cardboard bin. They are scheduled to pickup each Tuesday, but have not picked up the cardboard since the 29th of July. They said today they will be by on Saturday, August 9th for a cardboard pickup. They have promised to also pick up any of the cardboard around the bin due to the lack of service.

If you have a huge amount of cardboard to dump in the meantime, there is free cardboard recycling available at the Super Save Group head office located beside the Super Save Gas station on the Langley Bypass.

Strata council will be re-evaluating GFL's service contract and seeking better service in the future.
