Fire bell and alert buzzer

The alarm technicians from Fraser Valley Fire Protection will be arriving on site at approx. 8:00 a.m. After setting up and some initial testing, they will begin in-suite testing in both buildings, starting with the upper floors and working down. This mandatory (Provincial Fire Code) inspection calls for all in-suite smoke detectors and signal devices to be tested at this time. Please ensure that the owner or tenant is available to permit entry. Should you not be available, you can provide a neighbour or the Strata Council with a copy of you key to access your suite.

Please note:

  • The alarms in the complex are very loud. Please make arrangements to care for infants or animals that may be frightened by loud noises.

  • Fraser Valley Fire Protection has arranged for this day only for testing. If they are unable to access your suite, a return trip must be scheduled, and may be the owner's expense.

Strata Council will be in the Clubhouse on three dates to allow you to drop off your keys if you wish.

The fire alarms will be briefly tested again on Tuesday, February the 4th at about 6:45 p.m. These tests are conducted as a requirement of the BC Fire Code and Surrey Fire Department for multi-unit dwellings. No access to suites will be needed for these tests. You may take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the emergency exit locations posted on the signs next to the elevator doors on each floor.

The 19388 garage door is operating properly again. If you receive a Diamond parking fine notice on New Years Eve or New Year's Day because you parked in the visitor's spots because the door didn't open, we will tell Diamond to ignore these tickets.

Happy New Year, everybody!
