Clubhouse Rental Agreement Confirmation

In order to rent the Clubhouse, you must agree to the terms and conditions of the Clubhouse Rental Agreement. The full text of the agreement can be read here. Items of note:

• Renters are responsible for ensuring the clubhouse is secure at the end of the rental. The electronic lock must be engaged, and the double door secured.

• No pins, tape, glue or other adhesives are allowed on the walls of the clubhouse. Magnets have been provided to hang balloons and streamers around the interior. Repair of damage to the walls, ceiling, flooring or any fixture or furniture will be the responsibility of the renter.

• Do no remove paintings or other wall hangings from the wall.

• There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the Liberty property. Smokers must go out to the sidewalk.

• ​There are 10 parking passes supplied with the rental. All passes must be returned at the end of the rental period. Missing or lost passes will incur a $12.50 fee per pass.
