Annual General Meeting - Wed. May 8 at 7:00 p.m.

The Annual General Meeting for Liberty BCS1430 (Liberty at Southlands) will be held on Wednesday, May 8th at 7:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse. Registration will start at 6:30 p.m. Key collection for the upcoming Fire Equipment test will start at 6:00 p.m. Owners are invited to attend this meeting. On the agenda is voting on the 2024/2025 operating budget, deck and roof repairs, changes to the smoking by-laws and more. A complete list has been mailed to each owner, along with a proxy form.

If you can't attend the meeting and want to vote on the items on the agenda, sign the proxy form and give it to a registered owner or another person designated by a registered owner.
