Dryer Vent Cleaning - Nov 22-25th - Access required

National Air Technologies (NAT) will be on-site cleaning the dryer vents from both the interior and exterior of each suite. This service will be performed for the residents of The Liberty and is an important step in maintaining an efficient clothes dryer. It removes the built-up dryer lint which is a fire hazard.

Monday, November 22nd @ 8:30 a.m. - In-Suite cleaning - 19366 Building

Tuesday, November 23rd @ 8:30 a.m. - In-Suite cleaning - 19388 Building

Please provide access to your unit for the date listed for your building.

Note that the times listed above are the arrival times of the work crew, not the time they will be at your suite.

These interior cleanings will require access to your suite for 2-5 minutes to cleaning the duct from your dryer and inspect the duct system for damage or leaks. Please ensure that your dryer is empty. Each In-Suite cleaning day will start at 8:30 a.m., starting at the top floors and work down. Work should be completed by 11:00 a.m. each day. You will have to provide access to your suite by being present or by lending a key to neighbour to access your suite.

In the interest of COVID protocols, please physically distance yourself and wear a mask while the technicians are inside your suite.

If someone is not home or NAT cannot get access to the suite, they will continue on from suite to suite. For units where access was not available to the inside, they will still be partially cleaned from the outside via the exterior vents.

Wednesday, November 24 & Thursday, November 25th, NAT will be on site finishing the cleaning via the exterior vents of both buildings.
