New Parking Passes in Effect

The new Liberty Visitor's Parking passes are in effect. Please note the parking regulations as per by-laws, section 7.3:

(d) Visitors must have clearly displayed parking passes provided by the Strata Corporation when parking in visitor parking. Violators of this Bylaw will be subject to fines issued by parking enforcement agency, the Strata Corporation or towing at the owner’s expense.

(f) Visitor Parking stalls are for the use of visitors. Owners, tenants, and residents are not permitted to park in visitor parking at any time or under any circumstances. Visitors may use the visitors parking area a maximum of three (3) times per week (a week is defined as Sunday to Saturday). Violators of this Bylaw will be subject to towing at the vehicle owners’ expense.

Fines issued by the Strata Corporation as per Section 33.1:

(c) $200.00 for each violation of a by-law

Parking Pass Pickup - Sunday, June 11th - Clubhouse

We will be in the Clubhouse (lower level, through door in mail room) from 12:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. to distribute the new parking passes. Every resident will be given 2 passes. Please bring photo ID to confirm address.

Items to note:

• The old paper Diamond parking passes are no longer valid.

• The new pass is plastic and much more durable.

• Each pair of passes will be registered to the unit via serial # / QR Code.

• Vehicles parked in the visitor's parking area without displaying a new parking pass may be fined by the Strata Corporation or towed without notice.

• Visitor Parking stalls are for the use of visitors. Owners are not permitted to park in visitor parking at any time or under any circumstance.

• Visitors may use the parking area a maximum of three times per week.

• There will be new Parking Permits also available for Clubhouse events and Guest Suite stays.

New Visitor's Parking Passes - Clubhouse Pickup Dates

With the release of Diamond Parking from their contract effective May 31, 2023, we will now be offering our own parking passes to residents of the Liberty. Each unit will get 2 new passes at no charge. Replacement passes will be available for purchase through the website.

Parking Permit Issuance Events - In the Clubhouse (19378 65th Ave.)

Strata will be issuing the new parking passes in person inside the Clubhouse. Please bring photo ID to confirm address. We have arranged 3 dates that you can pick up your new passes. The dates are:

• Tuesday, June 6th - 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

• Thursday, June 8th - 7:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m.

• Sunday, June 11th - 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

If you are not able to attend any of these dates, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
