New Visitor's Parking Passes - Clubhouse Pickup Dates

With the release of Diamond Parking from their contract effective May 31, 2023, we will now be offering our own parking passes to residents of the Liberty. Each unit will get 2 new passes at no charge. Replacement passes will be available for purchase through the website.

Items to note:

• The old paper Diamond parking passes are no longer valid.

• The new pass is plastic, and much more durable.

• Each pair of passes will be registered to the unit via serial # / QR Code.

• Vehicles parked in the visitor's parking area without displaying a new parking pass may be fined by the Strata Corporation or towed without notice.

• Visitor Parking stalls are for the use of visitors. Owners are not permitted to park in visitor parking at any time or under any circumstance.

• Visitors may use the parking area a maximum of three times per week.

• There will be new Parking Permits also available for Clubhouse events and Guest Suite stays.

Parking Permit Issuance Events - In the Clubhouse (19378 65th Ave.)

Strata will be issuing the new parking passes in person inside the Clubhouse. Please bring photo ID to confirm address. We have arranged 3 dates that you can pick up your new passes. The dates are:

• Tuesday, June 6th - 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

• Thursday, June 8th - 7:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m.

• Sunday, June 11th - 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

If you are not able to attend any of these dates, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.

Large Item Pickup Program Reminder

Doing your spring cleaning and found stuff that is too big to put in your trash? The Liberty is a part of Surrey's Large Item Pickup Program. Each suite can request 4 items per year to be picked up, free of charge. They will pick up kitchen appliances, furniture, mattresses, tires & wheels and many other items.

Once your request is made on our website, we will book a pickup date for you and provide you with stickers for each of your items. On the evening before the pickup date, place the sticker on the item and bring the item(s) to parking stall #10 at the top of the ramp.

19388 Park Side Stair Closed for Repair

The East parks-stairs next to the 19388 building have been temporarily closed due to issues with the handrails and steps. Repairs are being arranged. Please use the stairs on the 19366 side for now.
