Clover Clean will be returning on Friday, October 20th starting at 8:30 a.m. to clean some windows on the 19366 building. These windows were not cleaned to our satisfaction during the work scheduled last week. They will be moving around the yard areas with ladders, hoses and cleaning equipment. We are sorry for any disruption this may cause.

Please note that the siding on the inside of balconies and deck areas (areas behind the railings), deck surfaces, railings and sliding glass doors were not a part of the cleaning contract.

Cleaning tip: A solution of 30% white vinegar and 70% water (or premixed 'cleaning vinegar spray') can be sprayed onto the siding and deck surfaces and brushed with a soft brush or Swiffer mop.

Clover Clean is cleaning the vinyl siding and non-accessible windows. They will not be cleaning your sliding glass doors, railings or glass railing inserts or deck surfaces. To ensure your windows are cleaned on both sides, please remove your window screens if your windows are equipped with them.

To remove the screen, grab the 2 black plastic tabs on the side of the screen and pull gently towards the centre of the window. Metal springs on the opposite side of the screen will compress, allowing you to lift out the screen and bring it inside for cleaning.

Please be aware there will be falling water and water being sprayed on the sides they are washing.
