The East parks-stairs next to the 19388 building have been temporarily closed due to issues with the handrails and steps. Repairs are being arranged. Please use the stairs on the 19366 side for now.

Fraser Valley Fire will be on site tomorrow at 8:00 a.m. to start the annual fire system inspection. They will be ringing bells and alert buzzers in each suite to confirm proper operation. They will also test the operation of the smoke detectors in the hallway and in each suite.
Access to your suite will be required for a few moments during this test. If you will not be at home, you may give your key to a neighbour. Strata council has arranged a key drop service to allow you to drop off your key and have it slid back under the door immediately after the test for your unit is completed.
The key dropoff service is Sunday, April 23rd from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, April 18th at 7:00 p.m. in the Liberty Clubhouse (19378 65th Avenue Surrey). This meeting is for the owners of BC Strata Plan 1430 (The Liberty at Southlands). Registration will start at 6:30 p.m. Please refer to the upcoming mailed notification for the agenda. If you are unable to attend, you may appoint another owner to vote for resolutions on your behalf using the proxy form included in the mailed package.
