King Industries is expected to be on site to install a new row of parking curbs on the 19388 side of the visitor's parking lot on Thursday, March 9th around 10 a.m. Park stalls 11 through 18 will be cordoned off the night before the work to allow the work crew to install the parking curbs in this area.
The parking stalls on the 19366 side as well as in front of the clubhouse (spaces 1-10) will still be available for visitors.
The LCD panel on the Enterphone in the 19388 building is currently non-operative. The door fob opener is still working, but the display is blank (no backlight, no LCD). We are contacting the installer to come and repair it.
For the time being, you will have to come down and let your guests in person until the panel is restored.

Community Fire Prevention will be on site today repairing an issue with our fire alarm system. Bells and beepers will be rung during the day in the suite and the hallways to ensure proper operation.
There should be no need to access any suites.
