ATC Consulting is scheduled to be on-site to perform an inspection on Wednesday, November 29th. This is an inspection of the decks on the second, third and fourth floors. This inspection will be looking at the state of the deck and vinyl membrane, the railings and checking for damage or deterioration. ATC will required access to these decks for inspections starting at 8:30 a.m. in the 19366 building and working up from the 2nd floor. Each inspection should take only 2 to 3 minutes. Units that are on the ground floor, or have had a recent deck inspection are exempt from this.


The units that will need to provide access to the deck are:


Building 19366: Units 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 308, 309, 310, 401, 403, 404, 407, 408 and 410.


Building 19388: Units 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 213, 214, 301, 302, 304, 305, 306, 307, 309, 310, 311, 311, 313, 314, 402, 403, 404,405, 406, 408, 409, 410, 411, 413 and 414

Today in the clubhouse from 12:00 to 2:00, you can drop your door key with a council member. The key will be slipped under your door after the inspection. The last key drop will be:
