Premium Fence has informed us that the installation of the fencing in the visitor's parking area they projected to be finished by the end of November will not start until December due to material and labour shortages. Stay tuned for more updates on the project.

One of the elements that heat the air in the 19366 positive pressure ventilation system is not working properly. Suburban Mechanical has been dispatched to repair the problem.
Precision Gutters will be on site starting on October 21st for 2-3 days to clean the gutters. Work will be done by ladders and roof access to reach all gutters. No access to decks or suites will be required.
