Gutter Cleaning - Friday, November 5th

Precision Gutters will be on site starting at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, November 5th to clean the gutters. Using ladders and roof access, they will be clearing the gutters of leaves and other debris. No access to the

units will be required. The work will take 1-2 days, weather permitting. Please ensure that yard areas are cleared of animal waste.

This is a last-minute booking made available by an opening in Precision's busy schedule.

Garage Sprinkler Flush - Tuesday, September 28th

Fraser Valley Fire Prevention will be on-site on Tuesday, September 28th at 8:00 a.m. to perform a once-every-3-years flush of the fire sprinkler system. During this time, rusty and dirty water will be released from the flush valves located around the garage. Of note, the valves located around stalls 29, 55, 120, 121, 122 and 190 will see this flush water drained onto the ground. Fraser Valley & Liberty Strata will not be responsible for dirty water damage to vehicles. We recommend vehicles near these stalls be removed in the morning to prevent damage / soiling.

New Gates for the South Garden

We have installed new gates on both sides of the south garden that access the stairs down to the East Clayton Pond. The gates feature an automatic closer and keyed knobs. Two keys are being distributed to each suite in the complex. These keys will be slid under the doors (if possible) of each unit this weekend. If your doorway cannot accommodate the envelope with the keys, we will try to contact you via other means to meet and give you your two keys. Additional keys and replacement for lost keys can be ordered at the cost of $25.00 each via the website.
