Due to orders issued on December 21, 2021, the Clubhouse is closed for bookings until at least January 18, 2022. The updated orders from the Province of British Columbia Public Heath Office prohibits indoor organized gathering of any size due to the rapid spread of the COVID virus.
Please note that cardboard boxes must be broken down (flattened) before placing in the cardboard recycling bin. With the increase in shopping and shipping packages this season, we need all the space in this large bin to accommodate the cardboard requirements of the complex. Unbroken boxes may result in individual bylaw fines and additional pickup costs to all owners.
We will be doing the monthly fire alarm testing on Tuesday, December 7th at 6:45 p.m. The bells and fire signals will ring briefly during this time. No access will be needed to suites. This is a monthly test of the hallway alert system as required by the BC Fire Code.
