Extreme Fire Danger - Please be careful!

With the dry hot summer weather upon us safe disposal of cigarettes is very important. The Liberty experienced a recent issue where smoke was coming from a planter on the property, and had to be extinguished by several residents.

Please ensure you do not leave lit cigarettes in planters or on grass, in addition, do not butt out cigarettes in planters, and do not leave butts on the Common Property.

19388 Residents - Enterphone Upgrade

We are replacing the Enterphone on the 19388 side to cure reliability issues with the hardware and secure the system from tampering. We are creating a new database for the phone number contacts and enter codes for the residents in the 19388 building. The system installed will be the same model as the one installed in the 19366 building this spring. Please visit this web page and re-enter, update or add your entry code to the form on this page by July 30, 2021. You may keep your old code, or choose a new one, subject to availability. You may choose to list your name, alias or have it appear as 'Occupied' in the directory. Each unit can have one or two entry codes listed that are linked to one or two different local phone numbers to allow entry of your guests. We will keep you up to date with the installation progress.

Fire Bell Testing - Tuesday, July 6th @ 6:45 pm

We will be doing the monthly fire alarm testing on Tuesday, July 6th at 6:45 p.m. The bells and fire signals will ring briefly during this time. No access will be needed to suites.This is a monthly test of the hallway alert system as required by the BC Fire Code.
