The water will be shut off in the 19388 building only on Tuesday, December 1st starting at 9:00 a.m. Technicians are repairing a small leak in the main water feed pipe that will necessitate turning off the water supply for some of the day. The 19366 building (West) is not affected by this shutoff. Schubert Plumbing and Heating will be on site and will restore the water as soon as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
The Province of BC announced today new orders that require the wearing of masks in the common areas - hallways, stairways. elevators, lobbies, mail room. Under direction of the Public Health Officer:
Masks are required in all indoor public settings and all retail stores. This includes:
Malls, shopping centres
Grocery stores
Coffee shops
Common areas in hotels
Libraries
Clothing stores
Liquor stores
Drug stores
Community centres
Recreation centres
City Halls
Restaurants and bars when not seated at a table
Common areas in apartment buildings and condos
On orders of the Health Officer of BC, a Province-Wide State of Emergency has been declared. The clubhouse bookings have been suspended until further notice. The orders as of November 20th are:
No social gatherings of any size at your residence with anyone other than your household or core bubble. For example:
Do not invite friends or extended family to your household
Do not host gathering outdoors
Do not gather in your backyard
Do not have playdates for children
Because of these restrictions, we will not be able to take bookings until conditions improve.
