The Province of BC announced today new orders that require the wearing of masks in the common areas - hallways, stairways. elevators, lobbies, mail room. Under direction of the Public Health Officer:


Masks are required in all indoor public settings and all retail stores. This includes:


  • Malls, shopping centres

  • Grocery stores

  • Coffee shops

  • Common areas in hotels

  • Libraries

  • Clothing stores

  • Liquor stores

  • Drug stores

  • Community centres

  • Recreation centres

  • City Halls

  • Restaurants and bars when not seated at a table

  • Common areas in apartment buildings and condos



On orders of the Health Officer of BC, a Province-Wide State of Emergency has been declared. The clubhouse bookings have been suspended until further notice. The orders as of November 20th are:


No social gatherings of any size at your residence with anyone other than your household or core bubble. For example:

  • Do not invite friends or extended family to your household

  • Do not host gathering outdoors

  • Do not gather in your backyard

  • Do not have playdates for children

Because of these restrictions, we will not be able to take bookings until conditions improve.



Council is requesting owners with decks on floors 2, 3 and 4 inspect their decks for torn or damaged vinyl, screw or nails or holes that penetrate the membrane, loose railings, pooling water and other issues of concern.
