National Air Technologies will be on site on Thursday, October 8th and Friday, October 9th to clean the exterior dryer vents. A crew will be using a lift and ladders to access the dryer vents on the sides and the roof of the building. No access to suites will be required. National Air does its best to collect the dryer lint from the ducts, however there may be a small amount of lint on the decks and around the garden areas.
In accordance with the requirements of the BC Fire Code, the fire alarm bells in the hallways will be tested briefly at approx. 6:45 pm on Tuesday, October 6th. Please note the alarm signal in your unit will beep as well. We will not need access to suites. Sorry for the disruption.
Contractors will be on site on Wednesday, September 23 and Thursday, September 24th to clean drain traps and vents on the roof and in the underground. No access to suites will be necessary. It will be necessary to remove vehicles under a few of the drains in the underground these two days. Parking stalls #11, 47, 75, 157, 160, 161 and 171 will need to be vacated for these two days during the day to allow access to the drains above. The owners of these parking stalls will be contacted.
