Due to a clerical error, the wrong page was inserted into the budget section of the mail out. Page 10, titled "2019/2020 Approved Annual Fees" was inserted instead of the 2020/2021 Proposed Strata Fee Schedule.


This new fee schedule was mailed to owners this week.


Note that the correction page has a slight typographical error. It states the fee schedule is for fiscal year May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2021. Obviously, this should be May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and social & physical distancing requirements, the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Liberty BCS1430 is being conducted by restricted proxy on June 23rd. The designated council members / advisors / alternates eligible to represent proxies have agreed to convene the meeting to exercise the votes as instructed by the Owners.


Owners have been mailed an information package with the details. Please read the entire AGM package, and complete the Restricted Proxy Form on the last page of the package. You may scan or photograph this proxy form and email it to Teamwork Property Management at:


or place the form in the strata council mailbox (the stainless steel box against the wall).


Proxy forms must be received by June 19, 2020.

In accordance with the requirements of the BC Fire Code, the fire alarm bells in the hallways will be tested briefly at approx. 6:45 pm on Tuesday, June the 2nd. Please note the alarm signal in your unit will beep as well. We will not need access to suites. Sorry for the disruption.
