In accordance with the requirements of the BC Fire Code, the fire alarm bells in the hallways will be tested briefly at approx. 6:45 pm on Tuesday, September the 1st. Please note the alarm signal in your unit will beep as well. We will not need access to suites. Sorry for the disruption.

Just a reminder that the in-suite fire alarm testing will be tomorrow (Monday) morning starting at 8:00 a.m. The testing should go on for about 2-3 hours with the alarm bells rung in the halls and alert beepers in the suites going off during this time.

Today's key collection is from 4:00 to 5:00 in the lobbies of both buildings. Strata council reps will be collecting keys from those residents who will not be able to allow access to their suite for the required annual testing. The collected keys will be slid back under the door after testing, if possible.

Suites that do not allow access must be tested at a later date, at the owner's expense.

Please note that Fraser Valley Fire Protection will take every precaution to minimize time and contact within the suites and will observe social distancing as required by Worksafe BC.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
