Roof Moss Treatment - September 3-6

Clover Clean Building Maintenance will be on site to brush and apply a moss treatment to the roof of all buildings from Tuesday, September 3rd till Friday, September 6th.

Please also be aware there will be a man-lift on site. There will be moss debris coming down from the roof, so we ask residents to please watch for this when entering or exiting their unit.

Residents may choose to move any belongings on their decks they do not want debris landing on. Areas below will be cleaned up as needed.

19388 Enterphone screen to be repaired

The LCD of the Enterphone on the 19388 side is currently out of service. The buttons and codes will still work, however no menu or directory is visible. The keyfob to enter is still working. We have contacted the installer to come on site and repair it.

19388 Vestibule disabled opener button out of service

The vestibule (elevator) side of the 19388-side parkade disabled entry button is temporarily out of service. Coras Automation has been contacted to provide service. The parkade side (outside) thin button is still working normally. Sorry for the inconvenience.
