We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, May 8th at 7:00 p.m. in the Liberty Clubhouse (19378 65th Avenue Surrey). This meeting is for the owners of BC Strata Plan 1430 (The Liberty at Southlands). Registration will start at 6:30 p.m. Please refer to the mailed notification for the agenda. If you are unable to attend, you may appoint another owner to vote for resolutions on your behalf using the proxy form included in the mailed package.

Coras Automation is on site this week fitting our garage vestibules (the doors that lead to the elevators) with Ditec Entrematic operators. Residents coming from the elevator to the parkade can just push the large button on the wall to the left and have the door open automatically, or just open the door with the handle as before. Residents coming from the parkade side will still need to swipe their door fob. They can then choose to open the door by pushing the door handle (as before), or by pressing the large square button below the fob reader, the door will open automatically for them. To ensure a secure building, please make sure the door closes behind you before you step in to the elevator.

C&C Electrical Mechanical will be on-site to complete the annual boiler cleaning. The hot water will be shut off for three hours on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 according to the schedule:


  • 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - BUILDING 19366 (West)

  • 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. - BUILDING 19388 (East)

  • 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. BUILDING 19378 (clubhouse)
