Treadmill repaired

Repairs to the power cord and power switch of the treadmill in the gym have been completed. It is now operational once again.

Recumbent Bike in Fitness Room

A new Spirit XBR95 Recumbent bike has been added to the gear in the fitness room. This award-winning cycle features 40 levels of resistance, Bluetooth Speakers, compatibility with the Spirit+ app, a cooling fan, tilting tablet holder and dual water bottle holders!

The recumbent nature of this bike makes workouts easier for those with neck or back problems.

19388 Parkade Door repair completed

Valley All Door has completed the repair of the 19388 parkade garage door. It was clipped by a vehicle exiting the parkade this afternoon and pulled off its tracks. The drive pulley bearing and belt have been serviced as well, and is much quieter. Residents that parked in the visitor's area while the work was being done can now return to the underground.

Residents are reminded to be careful exiting the parkade, as damage to the garage door may be charged back to the owner responsible.
