Community Fire will be on-site to test the smoke detectors and bells within the units missed at this spring's inspection. Technicians will start at the top floor and work down to the first floor. Bells will ring for a short time. Units to be tested:


Building 19366: Units 103, 202, 306 & 401

Building 19388: Units 102, 304, 313, 409 & 413


Owners or residents of these units must provide access to test the equipment, a requirement under the BC Fire Code. Return visits are being charged back to the owners of these units.


If you cannot provide access to your unit for this mandatory equipment inspection, please contact the Resident Liaison: resliaison@gmail.com




Stalls needing to be cleared:


Wednesday, June 25: (19366 side) Parking Stalls # 140, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 167, 170, & 171.

Thursday, June 26th: (19388 side) Parking Stalls # 13, 30, 34, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 46, 47, 48, 49, 57, 63, & 64.


Modern Niagara will be on-site doing hydro-flushing of the drains at the Liberty.


Please be advised that the drainage lines within the parking garage will be hydro flushed & augured as part of scheduled maintenance to ensure proper drainage and prevent future blockages. To allow safe and unobstructed access for the equipment and technicians, we kindly request that all vehicles and personal items be removed from the noted stalls & surrounding areas during the scheduled work window listed above.


Important Instructions:

Remove all vehicles and personal items from the noted stalls by 8:00 AM on according to the schedule above. Vehicles may return once the work is complete and the all-clear has been provided by building management or maintenance staff. Failure to move vehicles or personal items may result in delays or inability to complete the maintenance in your area. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding as we perform this important maintenance work.

Monday, June 23 to Thursday, June 26, 2025 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


Modern Niagara will be on site to clean the vertical drain stacks of the kitchens from the fourth floor down to the parkade. This preventative maintenance is necessary to ensure free flowing of the kitchen drains throughout the complex and prevent future blockages. In order to clean the stack, the maintenance team will require access to the kitchen drains inside each of the 4th floor units. Each unit may take up to one hour to complete the cleaning.


To allow safe and unobstructed access for the equipment and technicians, we request that all personal items under your sink (inside the sink cabinet) be removed for the scheduled work window listed below.

Tuesday, June 24th Building 19366   Units 407, 408, 409, 410, 411, 412

Wednesday, June 25th     Building 19388   Units 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407

Please remove all personal items below the kitchen sink by 8:00 a.m. on your scheduled day. Failure provide access or to move personal items (garbage bins, cleaning supplies, etc.) from your kitchen sink cabinet may result in delays or the inability to complete maintenance in your unit.


If you cannot be home to provide access to your unit, you may leave a key

with a strata member at the key drop arranged in the Clubhouse:
